I have been constantly encouraged by your comments and e-mails. I was amazed when you rallied with me and we were able to raise all the money needed for school sponsorship for the Pygmy and Goma children. You all rock! I am still busy getting some of you sponsorship information. I was excited to send out to some of you updates on the Pygmy children, the first of their generation to attend school ever! What an interest this has created in the community!
I started this blog to chronicle my adoption journey and God has used it for much more then that. He built a community of family and friends that were passionate about making a difference. One divine moment after another....
- Remember when I set a small goal to raise 10 mosquito nets and we were able to purchase 25 nets!
- Or when I shared my passion to build a school at Kaka in one of the poorest areas of the DRC and my $500 goal was matched and we ended up raising $1,100.
- We have rallied to sponsor many children for school the past two years and fed families in the Goma area after rebel forces attacked.
If you read this Friday Feature: I will go! 5 ways to be the body then you know that this giveaway was inspired to also support Mercy Branch Inc. - A ministry committed to serving the least of these in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
I hope you win this giveaway but if you don't Then & Now Doubletakes are a perfect gift for any occasion and from now until the end of December they are donating part of every sale to help the Darling family start their ministry in Ethiopia. If you are looking for a unique Christmas gift, this is a great way to shop for a cause which is my favorite way to shop!
Now with no further adieu enter the giveaway below!

Then and Now Doubletake is one photo with two separate images.
Depending on the angle you are viewing the photo determines the image
you see. This example is one 8×10 photo:
The first photo is taken from an angle
that shows one of my wedding portraits where I am kissing my dad on my
wedding day . The second angle is a photo of my dad kissing me as a
baby.
Nothing magic here ….just changing between two images as you moved past the photo……that’s all.
